Monitoring Staff
Requirements:- Male / Female, Maximum 50 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance Management from reputable university.
- Having minimum 5 years in similar position particularly in Banking
- Having knowledge in Banking industry / Finance, with experience as an officer for monitoring credit.
- Having knowledge about products, systems, policies, and procedures in Banking / Finance.
- Having knowledge in financial analysis and risk management (Graduated BSMR 1 is preferred).
- Having knowledge of lending regulations, including regulations Bank of Indonesia / Finance Department.
- Having good knowledge of restructuring is preferred.
- Having good experience in dealing with problem loans and remedial is a plus.
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint.
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
Assistant Relationship Manager (Assistant Admin)
Requirements:- Male/Female, minimum 25 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic / Finance from reputable university.
- Having minimum 2 years in similar position particularly in Banking.
- Having knowledge in Banking industry / Finance as an administrative officer for monitoring credit.
- Having knowledge about products, systems, policies, and procedures in Banking / Finance.
- Having knowledge of lending regulations, including regulations Bank of Indonesia / Finance Department
- Ability to cooperate with external parties (debtor)
- Having a good knowledge and skills in records management / document filing system.
- Having ability and accuracy to monitor the documents / client obligations with a maturity date, and also communicate to the relevant parties.
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint.
- Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
Staff – Sekretaris Direksi
Requirements:- Female, Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from Secretary Academy.
- Having minimum 5-10 years experience in similar position preferably from Banking / Finance / Investment Institution.
- Having Trustworthy, Precise, Self Motivated, Teamwork, Hardworking, Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill, Fast Learner, Proactive, and Self Initiated.
- Having ability in managing time efficiently and mature.
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint.
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
Relationship Manager (RM)
Requirements:- Female, attractive, age between 28-40 years old.
- Minimum S1 majoring in Finance/ Economic/ Engineering
- Having minimum 5 years experience in similar position particularly in Corporate Banking or Corporate Loan
- Having extensive networking with the Indonesian Local Government
- Understanding Indonesian Government regulations related to Infrastructure Development Program
- Hard working, fast learning, Good, pleasant personality and straight character
- Willing to work in a team and under pressure
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point
PDF Task Force – Procurement Staff
Requirements:- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
- Having minimum 2 years experience in government project/ state owned company/ multinational company/ multilateral organization
- Having good experience in all activities of the procurement process
- Having good knowledge in government procurement regulations and e-procurement best practices
- Having good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good inter-personal skill
- Willing to work in a team and under pressure
- Good command of English both in written and spoken is a must
PDF Task Force – Civil Engineering Staff
Requirements:- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in civil engineering
- Having minimum 2 years experience in engineering consultancy/contractor/ railway industry
- Having good experience in planning/ construction/ operation of a railway project
- Having good project management skills
- Having good knowledge in transportation demand/ revenue modelling, or airport operation, or data collection is an advantage
- Having good presentation skills, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good inter-personal skill
- Willing to work in a team and under pressure

Cash Management & Settlement – Finance Div. Staff
Requirements:- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Having minimum 3 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking/Multifinance
- Having good experience in all activities of the cash management (cash flow planning, A/P & A/R management etc)
- Familiar with Oracle Finance Management System is a must
- Having good knowledge in taxation, banking & capital market and credit agreement
- Having good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Trustworthy, Precise, Self motivated, Teamwork & Hardworking
- Good command of English both in written and spoken
Web Developer
Requirements:- Male/Female, Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum S1
- Having minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
- Having a good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Ajax, Jquery & XML.
- Having a good knowledge of CMS (Content Management System) & MYSQL Database.
- Having a good knowledge of SEO (Search Engine optimalization), Web Design, Photoshop, Illustrator & Adobe Flash.
- Able to integrate web applications and database.
- Having a good experience in making e-commerce and security systems.
- Hard working, fast learning, Good, pleasant personality and straight character
- Willing to work in a team and under pressure
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
